Accommodation in Zvůle in the middle of Czech Canada

All apartments has its own entrance. The apartment in the ground-floor has a glass gallery oriented on the south-west with the gorgeous view on the pond Zvůle. The garden is partially fenced, there are several park places for your cars. There is also a barn, there you can park your bikes, prams, etc. There is also sandpit in the garden. You can use moveable fireplaces and garden furniture. In the all the apartments you can relax with a wonderful view on the pond Zvůle through the meadow and beautiful mixed forests.
This house has accommodation of total capacity for 20 people in 4 apartments.
In the living room there is a sofa and TV. The living room is connected with kitchen unit and dining place. There are high-quality wooden beds with quality mattress and anti-allergic covers and pillows in the sleeping rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with two places built-in cooker, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer, table and chairs.
Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towels. WC is in the separate room. There are cots for children, children´s foot –stool, WC adapter and potty.
Boarding is individual. There are two restaurants nearby, pizza. We can offer half-board or dinners in the nearby cottage camp.
Heating is provided by the electrical heaters. In the apartments in the downstairs there is a possibility to use the fire place.
Parking is provided on the fenced grown by the house or in the camp place with the charge 30 Czech Crowns per day.
For our guests we have free high-speed internet.
The hikers would love this region. There are lots of routes for hikers, nordic walking, bikers and cross – country skiers. Finally this region is ideal for mushroom – pickers. Zvůle is known as a mushroom kingdom.
In the camp there is a possibility of renting boats, water pedals, huge trampoline, mini-golf and table tennis. Not far from here is the train-stop Kunžak – Lomy of narrow gauge of Jindřichův Hradec, see http://jhmd.cz/introduction.
Marvellous are ruins of castle Landštejn, 8 km far away from Zvůle. Ideal cycling routes in the directions of Slavonice, Český Rudolec, Staré město pod Landštejnem. In the city Dačice you can visit the classicist chateau, sightseeing tower and Aquapark. You can also visit sights on the UNESCO list - Telč and Slavonice. Very nice is a cycling way on the new view- tower in Vatlínov. After a few kilometres you will meet bison ranch in Rožnov, you can refresh here in a nice restaurant and you can see bison’s drove from the van. You also taste delicious steaks here.

Prices are per 1 night, tourist tax 20 CZK per person per night is not included
V ceně je zahrnuta průměrná týdení spotřeba el. energie 50 kWh (při normální spotřebě elektřiny zcela dostačující), nad uvedený limit doplatek 5,- Kč/ kWh.
Provoz je od dubna do října (zbylé měsíce dle dohody). Týdení pobyty jsou od soboty do soboty v hlavní sezóně (červenec, srpen) a mimo sezónu je možnost prodloužených víkendů. Platí se za délku pobytu, který byl dohodnutý při rezervaci! Minimální délka pobytu jsou dvě noci.
Povlečení a ručníky jsou zahrnuty v ceně.
Platba: po telefonické či mailové objednávce vám sdělíme číslo účtu a variabilní symbol platby, na který do sedmi dnů uhradíte zálohu ve výši 50 % z celkové ceny rezervace. Zbylou částku je možné doplatit 20 dnů před nástupem ubytování nebo při příjezdu. Po telefon. domluvě je možná změna způsobu placení.
Prosíme naše hosty o běžný úklid před odjezdem(vynesení košů, uklizené nádobí, svlečené lůžkoviny,.. ), usnadní nám čas a budeme se moci věnovat důkladnějšímu úklidu před příjezdem dalších hostů. Děkujeme Vám :-)
